COURT: Chounet misdemeanor judge trial
Timber Bar owner Frank P. Chounet III was found guilty June 17 of grabbing a female by her hair at his establishment last summer. He was convicted of misdemeanor assault in Big Timber City Court by judge trial. Defense attorney Kevin Brown immediately filed paperwork to begin the appeal process after City Court Judge Jessie Connolly read the guilty verdict.
